Conduct on-site assessment to evaluate building requirements, electrical capacity, and airflow needs

Select and size a commercial rooftop HVAC unit appropriate for the restaurant’s heating and cooling load

Coordinate crane services for safe rooftop placement of the new unit

Remove and dispose of any existing rooftop equipment (if applicable) according to local regulations

Prepare and install rooftop curb adaptors to support and properly align the new RTU

Rig, lift, and secure the HVAC unit onto the rooftop curb

Connect electrical components, including disconnect switches, control wiring, and safety circuits

Install gas piping or refrigerant lines as required for system operation

Attach and seal all duct connections to ensure proper airflow and prevent leakage

Install and verify condensate drainage to ensure proper flow and freeze protection

Perform full system start-up and commissioning, including tuning, thermostat setup, and operational testing

Balance airflow to optimize comfort throughout the building

Provide system orientation and maintenance recommendations to ownership

Complete jobsite cleanup and remove all debris, packaging, and old equipment
